Mayor of Wolverhampton, Councillor Mrs Jessie Beddoes, presented the new lifeboat to Lady Olwen Carey Evans, honorary life governor of the RNLI at a ceremony in Abersoch. The Most Reverend Gwilym Williams conducted a service of dedication.
