Wolverhampton donated lifeboat saves lives

- Additional Information: A lifeboat donated by the Wolverhampton Rotary Club has already been the saviour of several lives, it was revealed yesterday. Fundraised under the tenureship of dental surgeon Tony Waugh's year in office as club chairman, the boat has already been put out to sea four times.
